Sarah Lüdemann (Beauham)

Within her artistic work Sarah Lüdemann (Beauham) investigates into (human) system structures, bodies and chimeras. She abstracts her findings into elements and choreographies for multi-media sculptures and text. Lüdemann (Beauham) studied Fine Art in Oslo and at Central Saint Martins, London (UK), and is currently researching into modular sculptures as part of an Artistic Research Program at the University of the Arts Bremen and the University of Groningen. Since 2017 she has been lecturing at Bremen University and the University of the Arts. Her work has been exhibited widely and internationally e.g. at Printed Matter, New York (USA) / HDLU, Zagreb (HR) / Octobersalon, Belgrade (RS) / Ventolin Art Space, Melbourne (AUS). Her works are held in various collections including New York Public Library (US) / Städtische Galerie Bremen (DE) / MOMENTUM Worldwide Video Collection (DE) and Piracy Book Collection, AND Publishing (UK).
